Care for your boards, cheese knives, rolling pins and spoons

  • Always wash with soap and warm water
  • Always dry immediately with a kitchen towel or cloth and never let your products soak
  • Reapply food safe butcher oil or mineral oil with a cloth. Wait a few hours and then apply beeswax or butcher board cream. Do this as needed for all the products listed above.
  • Keep your products dry when not in use
  • NOT DISHWASHER SAFE

HOW TO DISINFECT AND REMOVE UNWANTED ODORS FOR CUTTING BOARDS

  • Rub your board with kosher or table salt and half a lemon. Let that sit for 2-3 minutes and then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Dry with a kitchen towel or cloth.

All products listed above are finished with food safe mineral oil and beeswax.
